The roots of this family go back to 1858, which after moving from Siena to Tuscany, found fertile land in Toscanella di Dozza in Emilia, where they have long interpreted the particularities of the local environment, highlighting them through their wines.


Since 1969 the desire to reinvent oneself and to push one's limits is still burning. New projects with innovative proposals are on the horizon, because the past is awareness, but the future is resourcefulness.


He created his own style by combining the new with the old, ambition with simplicity, handed down from 1975 between generations as a legacy to be preserved and developed.

De Vescovi Ulzbach

After years of experience abroad, Giulio wanted to expand his knowledge in his country of origin in Mezzocorona (TN): his dream was to create great wines from the Teroldego grape. For him the respectful treatment of the territory and nature are particularly important, as in tradition are experience and history since 1708.

A bond between wine and life that takes shape at the foot of Etna, a love at first sight of the place where the company founded in 2017 stands. Where the influence of the sea, the grandeur of the volcano, the passion of the winemakers and authenticity of the wines are the masters.


Biodynamic and organic philosophies are not only found in wine, but also in other agricultural products knowingly obtained from the earth, a link that has continued since 1902.

The vineyards of the Spagnol family winery do
they extend over the hills and the most suitable slopes of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG production area. Each grape is treated on the vine, harvested by hand and accompanied on its way to the bottle. The aim is to support the conservation and improvement of biodiversity.

Tenuta L'Ariosa
