Barbera Superiore San Rumè

The Bossotti Family Estate is located in Cisterna d’Asti in Piedmont. The 9 hectares of vineyards are situated around the small village at an altitude of 375 meters above sea level, where traditional grape varieties, as well as the autochthonous Croatina grape find perfect conditions on the steep hillsides.

This high-level Barbera d’Asti from Vicenzo Bossotti is made from grape from the vineyards near Cisterna d’Asti. Its ruby red colour, deleicate perfume and characteristic taste of cherries and ripe berries is embedded in a well-structured body with complex aromas end elegant tannins. Its delicate acidity makes it incredibly drinkable.
