Let's give the Italian classic Bruschetta a new twist: by making it with burrata cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, anchovies and lemon zest . This recipe is perfect as a starter, fingerfood or to serve with an aperitivo (drinks) - just like the Vermentino Galatea by Tenuta L'Ariosa.
Vermentino is a typical white wine from Sardinia and the "Galatea" of the family winery Tenuta L'Ariosa is one of a kind because of its refreshing aroma of mineral notes, exotic fruit and mediterranean herbs.. We recommend to serve these bruschette with aromatic herbs on top which are perfect with the notes of mediterranean herbs from the Vermentino. A perfect food and wine pairing for summer!
