Right of withdrawal and product guarantees

Right of withdrawal

As required by current legislation, it is possible to withdraw from the stipulated contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods purchased.

In order to exercise this right, the goods must be returned intact and in the same condition in which they were received, therefore unused and in their original packaging, upon notice in writing to be sent to info@enoselezione.com, indicating the following data:

  • name and surname of the Purchaser
  • name and surname of the recipient
  • order number and date
  • the withdrawal from the sales contract relating to the above order consisting of n. necks ___”
  • received on _______

In order to prove the intact condition of the goods to be returned, attach the front / back photographs of each single bottle to be returned to the e-mail, fully visible. All photographs must be sharp and of good quality.

Once we have received confirmation of the opening of the file from us, the goods must be returned to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication confirming the opening of the return practice.

The goods must be delivered personally or returned, at the expense of the Purchaser, to:

The refund of the amount will be made using the same payment method used for the order, as soon as we have received, inspected and verified the conformity of the returned goods with respect to the photographs received, net of any damage, alteration or tampering of the same, within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

Items sent back to Enoselezione Vini d'Italia S.r.l. without authorization or in any case according to the procedure indicated above, they will not be accepted, but returned to the sender and therefore no refund will be made, as well as in the case of authorized returns but delivered after the maximum term of 14 (fourteen) days provided.

Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 205/2006, the right of withdrawal is not allowed for food products that have a short shelf life, or in any case less than 90 days, as well as for products that have been customized at the request of the Buyer.

Product warranty

Defective or non-compliant goods

The Purchaser is required to check the ordered goods upon receipt of the same and to immediately contact the Seller on the telephone number +39 06 722 1280 or +39 0471 820 425 or if the goods are in any way defective, damaged, non-compliant. or different from what was ordered, in order to be able to evaluate the problem and intervene promptly in its resolution.

In the event that the packaging is damaged or tampered with, the Purchaser must refuse delivery or accept it with reserve (even partially only for intact packages) informing us immediately, also providing clear and good quality photographic documentation to prove the damage. Complaints for damaged deliveries received after the same day of receipt based on the reports of the courier in charge, will not be accepted or taken into consideration. After one day from the date of receipt and acceptance of the goods, the delivery will be considered successful.

The terms for exercising the warranty right are indicated in the general conditions of sale in the appropriate section of the Site.

The replacement of bottles or the refund of the amount for which the contents should be spoiled by hints of cork after opening, will be possible only and exclusively for those with one-piece natural cork stopper.

In order to proceed in this sense, the cap (s) of the open bottle (s) only must / must be returned upon notice in writing to info@enoselezione.com, indicating the following data:

  • name and surname of the Purchaser
  • phone number
  • name and surname of the recipient
  • order number and date
  • lot of wine shown on the capsule or label
  • caps to be returned
  • the indication "We hereby inform you that for the aforementioned wines the scent of cork was found in the order above"
  • received on ________

In order to prove the intact condition of the goods in question, attach to the e-mail the photographs of the cap (s) and the front / back of each single open bottle, visible in full. All photographs must be sharp and of good quality.

Upon receipt of the above communication, the Seller will contact the Buyer in order to arrange the collection, promptly and at the Seller's expense, of the envelope containing the caps of the opened bottles. Alternatively, the Purchaser can directly return the envelope containing the caps showing this specific defect, addressing it or delivering it personally to:

Upon receipt of the envelope containing the caps and assessed the validity of the complaints raised by the Buyer through specific analyzes, the Seller will replace the bottles or refund the amount paid by the Buyer. This refund will be made within 30 days using the same payment method used for the order, upon written notice to the Buyer.

For all other cases not expressly mentioned for which you wish to request replacement under warranty, please send a written communication within the mandatory deadlines set out in the general conditions of sale to info@enoselezione.com, indicating the following data:

  • name and surname of the Purchaser
  • name and surname of the recipient
  • phone number
  • order number and date
  • precise description of the defect or defect found
  • type of wine
  • having lot
  • received on ________

In order to better specify the type of goods in question, attach photographic documentation or any other format or medium that identifies the defect or defect in question to the e-mail. All photographs or material of any other format or medium must be sharp and of good quality.

After sending the confirmation of the opening of the case on our part, we will contact the applicant to evaluate the resolution of the problem.

It is possible to replace goods under warranty with the same type of original item or, subject to agreement with the Seller and if still available in stock, with other products of equal or greater value, subject to adjustment of the difference in amount.

Gift card substitutions cannot be accepted.

Although not expressly provided for in this document, reference is made to the provisions of the general conditions of sale and to the legislation in force in Italy on the guarantee of consumer goods (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments) and to the European provisions in matter.
