For shipments abroad, the rates indicated here DO NOT include import customs fees (unless explicitly specified), as they are the responsibility of the buyer.

You can track your shipment thanks to the tracking number that will be sent by e-mail after the goods have been dispatched, via a specific email.

From receipt of payment, delivery times are approximately within 5 working days.

It is possible that delivery times may vary, regardless of our will, such as deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, delays. Deliveries are normally made from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 18.

To facilitate these operations, we recommend that you always provide a telephone number to which the logistics partner in charge will contact in case of need.

It is possible to specify the ancillary services (delivery to the floor, request for an appointment, storage stop, etc.) when defining the order. The amounts applied for ancillary services depend from partner to partner and will be visible in the appropriate section.

In case of partial or damaged delivery, it is advisable to accept with RESERVE (write this wording on the shipping receipt), indicating the anomaly detected (possibly take a picture of it) or reject the goods entirely and inform us promptly at our contact details, which can be consulted who.
