  • How to register for our Online Shop / Wineclub

    it's free, just sign up to access the reserved area (with relative access to news and insights), proceed with your purchases and choose whether or not to receive our newsletters. In addition to the current promotions, registration for the Wineclub includes a fixed 10% discount on full-price products in the Online Shop and in the Wineshop, previews of wines in limited production and much more.   • How to access the reserved area

    - Once you have registered with our Online Shop, you can access your private area using the icon at the top right of the Home, by entering your email address and password;
    - In the event that the password is forgotten, it can be generated again using the appropriate button, easily identifiable on the access page to the reserved area;

  • How to order

    - for Italian or foreign private customers (B2C) not registered: just choose the wines, add them to the cart, indicate the destination and proceed with the payment. It is NOT necessary to register to receive our wines, the discounts and shipping costs applied will be the standard ones. In this case it will not be possible to consult the history of orders placed.     - for Italian or foreign registered private customers (B2C): just choose the wines, add them to the cart, indicate the destination and proceed with the payment. The additional discounts applied and the free shipping costs will be subject to registration with the Wineclub. To consult who the appropriate section;
    - for Italian or foreign customers with VAT number (B2B): just get in touch with us by consulting who the appropriate section;
    - Gift Vouchers: you can buy vouchers for yourself or as gift vouchers for third parties. In this case, automatic codes will be generated and then transmitted in digital / telematic format via email to the address indicated. See the relevant section here;
    - the prices indicated include VAT, while the shipping costs must be added to the amount of the wines purchased, visible in the cart;

  • How to pay

    - You can pay for the various purchases either with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Poste Pay, PayPal or by bank transfer. The mark is not required. To consult who the appropriate section;
    - For orders paid by bank transfer, the order will be processed only when the transaction has been completed, or visible. Consequently, the waiting time for the shipment of the goods could be slightly extended. To consult who the appropriate section;

  • How to receive

    - The delivery times indicated are indicative and the areas covered may undergo variations, approximately within 5 (five) working days from the time of successful payment. In any case it is advisable to consult who the appropriate section;
    - Tracking of your shipment is possible, through the information communicated after order confirmation.
    - Personally: we also offer the possibility to personally collect the wines purchased at our Pick Up Point (Wineshop Castelfeder / Pick Up Point Via della Madonna, 8/1 39044 Egna (BZ) Tel. +39 0471 812 928). Ideal for those returning home or passing through South Tyrol;

  • What to do if

    - the package received was not intact: it may happen that the goods are damaged during transport, despite being shipped correctly packaged.     - the wine has a hint of cork: it may happen that the wine is characterized by a typical hint of cork, this could only happen for bottles with monobloc cork. In this case, we recommend that you contact us promptly and consult who the appropriate section;
    - you want to cancel a confirmed order: we recommend that you contact us promptly, we will try to interrupt the process and / or stop the shipment;
    - you want to change the address of a confirmed order: we recommend that you carefully check the addresses entered at the time of the conclusion of the order or in your personal data, as it will no longer be possible to change the destination addresses;
