Pinot Bianco Riserva Tecum Magnum

„Tecum“ (Latin: with you, together) is the expression of balance, elegance and harmony. The grapes for this cool and mineral Pinot Bianco grow in the single site vineyard Buchholz with an altitude of 600 m, above Salorno. This site is located on the cooler, eastern side of the Bassa Attesina region and is characterised by a mineral soil of dolomite rock.

After its maturation in wooden barrels for 12 months the wine gets 12 more months in the bottle to evolve its structure and complex aromas.

“N.D.T.” (niente di troppo) which means “from nothing too much” can be found on the label and expresses the philosophy of this wine. The Tecum is exclusively bottled in Magnum bottles and since the vintage 2017 every bottle is numbered by hand.
