Rivetto
Barolo del Comune di Serralunga
€38,00
In Piedmont, on the hills between Serralung d’Alba and Sinio, Enrico Rivetto runs his 15 hectares estate with a vision: a production using only biodynamic techniques, viticulture in harmony with nature, land and man, resulting in a vineyard that is in balance with the entire ecosystem. The passion for wine has been in the family for 4 generations.
Made of 100 % Nebbiolo, an autochthonous grape variety of the Piedmont region. Barolo wine is characterized by a complex taste and a relatively high alcohol, tannins and acidity. This gives the wine an exceptional ageing potential.
