Brut Millesimato

Since 1975, Castelveder winery is focusing on the development of the grapes and its corresponding production process to obtain wines which keep faith to the tradition of refermentation in bottle and to its origin.

A good example talking about origin: they keep the original name of the vineyards like Ronco del Castellotto, Madonna della Rosa, Palazzina and Cilinder, i and Guast e Capelét.

This little masterpiece made by accurate selected Chardonnay grapes, is harmonic, persistent, pleasantly fresh and produced only in vintage years of particular value.

Vineyard: Monticelli Brusati (Brescia)

Vineyard training system: Guyot

Vineyard soil: soil rich in sand and silt and of high permeability

Vinification: at least 48 months in bottle

Food Pairings: all vegetable dishes, fish, white meat and aged cheese

Characteristics: straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine, soft and persistent perlage, aroma of bread and ripe fruit
