Prosecco Doc Treviso

The vineyards of the Spagnol Family Winery are spread out over the most suitablehills and slopes of the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene. They are proud of the fact that the entire cycle of winemaking, including the foaming, for which the Charmat method is used, can be carried out on the estate.

This sparkling wine is prodcued according Charmat process. The second fermentation of the wine doesn’t take place in the bottle but in sealed tanks of stainless steel. The Charmat process is one of the most common methods for the production of sparkling wine.

Appellation: Spumante Treviso DOC

Vineyard: selected vineyards in the province of Treviso

Vineyard training system: Guyot

Vineyard soil: alluvial soils – mainly clay and silt soils

Vinification: Charmat process, maturation for at least 30 days

Food Pairings: aperitifs, all appetizers

Characteristics: soft, aromas of ripe fruits, fine and long-lasting perlage
