Prosecco Superiore Col del Sas Brut

The vineyards of the Spagnol Family Winery are spread out over the most suitablehills and slopes of the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene. They are proud of the fact that the entire cycle of winemaking, including the foaming, for which the Charmat method is used, can be carried out on the estate.

The name of this sparkling wine comes from the hill “Col del Sas” which stands out for the development of sustainable cultivation. This sparkling wine is made from the best grapes from the various vineyards of the DOCG area which allow the Glera grape variety to express itself to the maximum.
