Prosecco Superiore Rive di Solighetto Brut

The vineyards of the Spagnol Family Winery are spread out over the most suitablehills and slopes of the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene. They are proud of the fact that the entire cycle of winemaking, including the foaming, for which the Charmat method is used, can be carried out on the estate.

Rive di Solighetto is known as the “Cru” of the winery and it is made from grapes of the best vineyards in the most suitable sites on the Cisa hill in Solighetto. These grapes reflect the soul of the territory. A very elegant sparkling wine, whose strength lies in the perfect balance between smell and taste.

Vineyard training system: Guyot

Vineyard soil: alluvial soils – mainly clay and silt soils

Vinification: on the yeasts for 3 months, Charmat process, maturation for at least 3 months

Food Pairings: aperitifs, first courses, fish, white meat, vegetarian dishes

Characteristics: fruity notes of apple and pear, slight hints of bread crust, soft and harmonious on the palate
