Prosecco Superiore Col del Sas Extra Dry

The vineyards of the Spagnol Family Winery are spread out over the most suitablehills and slopes of the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene. They are proud of the fact that the entire cycle of winemaking, including the foaming, for which the Charmat method is used, can be carried out on the estate.

This Prosecco Extra Dry Col del Sas points out the character of the Glera grape which is an autochthonous grape variety in the DOCG Valdobbiadene. Structured tannins, a harmonious and fine palate with fruity notes.
