Prosecco Spago

The vineyards of the Spagnol Family Winery are spread out over the most suitable hills and slopes of the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene. They are proud of the fact that the entire cycle of winemaking, including the foaming, for which the Charmat method is used, can be carried out on the estate.

This sparkling wine is produced using the tank fermentation/Italian Method, with an ageing period for about 20 days. It is characterised by the "tying with string" method, which fixes the cork to the neck of the bottle, carried out strictly by hand.

Appellation: Prosecco Doc Treviso

Vineyard: selected vineyards of the Province Treviso

Vineyard training system: Guyot

Vineyard soil: alluvial soils – mainly clay and silt soils

Vinification: italian method, refined for about 20 days

Food Pairings: excellent for all meals and occasions

Characteristics: a fresh and typical sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and a dry finish, with fine and persistent perlage
