Tenuta l'Ariosa

Vermentino Arenu

In 1926 Tenuta L’Ariosa has found its home in the idyllic, unspoiled hinterland of the Mediterranean island of Sardinia. Here the climatically favored vineyards of the Rau brothers are ideal for the exclusively autochthonous grape varieties that live in symbiosis with the Mediterranean flora.

Vermentino is a white grape variety with its origin in Italy. This late-maturing grape variety is widespread in Corsica, Liguria, Tuscany and of course in Sardinia. In Corsica it is originally called Malvoisie de Corse, which indicates its origins in the family of the Malvasia grape varieties.
